Member Services Manager
Paul Darwell is a Member Services Manager at the IGA and part of the Member Services team.
He has over 30 years experience in the motor industry, and joined the RMI in 2017 as a Membership Consultant. He works as a field based operative in the North of England, helping members to understand the requirements for membership, including Trust My Garage and Car Repair Plan, as well as their individual requirements.
Before joining the RMI he worked as an Aftersales Manager at Trust Ford Huddersfield for 8 years.
If he gets any spare time he spends it with his family, using his season ticket for Castleford Tigers Rugby Club, or walking in the Yorkshire Dales.
