Our helpline is the first point of contact if members need help or advice on any automotive related issue. We are here to help you; all you need is your membership number.

As part of your membership we encourage you to utilise our expert advice whenever possible. The helpline is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with friendly and approachable staff who are passionate about the industry and ready to help.
